a tire shop would be a good start... little local mom and pop shops are the best bet because they will do a cash no reciept/we aint liable for shit because we never did it kinda deal... some shops will do it if you take them the wheels and tires off the car and when they ask what/why just say its for a show car that doesnt get drivin on the street... but the only way to find out is to do the foot work...
