  • Need some info to stance Altima

    Hey everyone i'm new here, and i'm looking forward to stance my car, it's sleeping in the garage at the moment but can't wait to put on some stuff.

    I just bought a brand new Altima 2011 2.5SL sedan. and i wanna stance it.

    The car is black with black tint windows all around. And i thought about putting some XXR 522 flat black wheel 18x9.5 with 35 offset. maybe with 255/40/18 or stretch some tire like 245/40/18 or 225/45/18

    Would i need to roll the fenders or it should pass, car is not lowered at the moment but will be dropped with coilovers, if the wheels pass.

      Welcome to SW. How low you wanna go will effect your tire size. Do suspension and then tires, not tires and then suspension. If you do that, you'll be as low as you want instead of having to tall of a tire and it not look as good as you wanted.

        With those offsets if you have anything wider than a 245 you will rub unless you roll your fenders, that should clear you to 255 and MAYBE 265 but I doubt it. My old SER on the OEM SER wheels (18x8 +48) with 245/45/18s, lowered on Sportlines in the front and NISMO suspension in the rear:

        Still have all 4 Eibach Sportlines for sale if you're interested lol

          Actually, i looked and the XXR Wheels would actually be +38 offset.

          I think as JPClawson said, and i'll drop the car, then choose the wheel and tires.

          Because i wanna slam it, but without having to roll on a negative camber.

          I don't mind rolling the fender or pulling.

          I'm just wondering what kind of wheels i'm really wanting to put on the car.

          I have mutliple choices ;

          XXR (more sporty) 18x9.5(+38)

          Lorenzo wheel which are 18x8 (my boss recommendation)

          And a model of DAI which i will have to custom powder coat flat black :
          18x9.5(+35)

          And as for coilovers, for the moment I only have access to ;

          Eibach
          Tein
          HSD
          Energy

              Yep, but i actually don't mind that really.... The owner of the dealership is my friend and i work in autoparts.

              Its actually what will look best that i'm looking for need some opinions over that, and found some sick cars here.... and where i'm from the stance isn't very popular.
