  • Granite a go-go?

Over the winter I had my centers repainted BMW granite silver. Before sealing the wheels back up I figured I better set them beside my car to see how they look. Today was a gorgeous day so I took a couple minutes to pull the car out of the garage to do just that. Granted, these aren't great pictures since I didn't actually mount the wheels, but the driveway was way too soaked to jack up the car (not to mention you can see my DSII's behinds these wheels). Oh well. Here are a couple shitty cell phone pictures...

hahaha I don't drive the car in the winter. It's been sitting in the garage since November. This is the first time I've rolled it out since then. I'm ordering tires this weekend. I haven't been in any real rush since the car is going to continue to sit until spring.

love it.. especially how the centercap ties back into the lips.. if the fitment is on point, this thing will look awesome.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I suppose I'm just second guessing myself. When I first bought the wheels and had them in my living room I thought you looked awesome! They were a metallic silver...almost the exact same color as the car. Then when I mounted them I didn't like them nearly as much because everything looked too washed out. Between the light silver the car is, the wheel centers almost matching exactly and then the polished lip...it just needed more contrast. So, over the winter as mentioned, I decided to darken the centers up a bit to give it the contrast I felt it needed. Now again they look great in the house, I'm just nervous about putting them back on the car. hahaha

                And they're 17x8" ET26 +12mm spacer in the front and 17x9.5" ET33 rear.

you will need like a 10mm spacer on the rear to make it flush, what tire sizes are you gonna go with?
