Best/Easiest way to take apart 2 piece

I got a set of 15x6.5 RM's i need to take apart so i can put on my wider lips i just dont know how to go at it.

all ive really heard is take it to a wheel shop OR put it in the oven....i dont know about all that.

anybody else got suggestions?

when i took my super rs apart, which are also 2 piece, all i did was remove the bolt/nut and then once all were removed i just whacked the centres with my palm one time and they fell out.. thats it... no glue no heating, nothing.

If two piece = barrel + face. Then there's no need for glue, cause they have no way to leak air?

that shit doesnt,and didnt work.

they werent together when i picked them up...i did the sealent myself.

bbs rm012's are barrel/center (one piece) + the lip (one piece) i cant hit the center like that.

any other way that will actually work to get these lips off?
