I believe 195 is most narrow size sold in the US. Europe has a few in 185 widths. I looked into it when I was buying tires. The 195 Yoko S Drives are just about as wide as my 205 Falken's. I measured them at the tire shop and found them to be about the same width. Maybe 2 or 3 mm in difference.
Here's a couple more photos. Like I said, they're almost perfectly square with the wheel.

Couldn't agree more with the above post. S-Drives most definitely run large and actually offer a somewhat stiff sidewall in comparison to other tires, which isn't the greatest for stretching (Also makes it a PITA to put them on). I would look for some cheapo 195/40's that run small and offer a nice and mushy sidewall.
