And Would Greatly Appreciate Some Suggestions On
What Size Spacers And Lug Bolts I Should Use

Measure the distance from your wheel to where you want the wheel to sit. That measurement = your spacer size. Bolt lengths are oem length + spacer size although I'd be comfortable running oem bolts with up to 5mm spacers.

Unless of course you get bolt on spacers in which case the bolts are included in the kit. Gotta be 20mm though for bolt on?

they make 15mm bolt ons, but that's the smallest I've seen, and you need special wheel bolts which usually come with it.
