  • 225/40/17 on 10J ???

    Really want to see how this will look, tried on tyrestretch.com, but nothing, so please help with pictures...

    And one quickie, if i run 225/40/17 on 10J what i should put on the 8,5J - 215/40 or 195/45 ???

    put the one, that will fit the car. Tbh, i would rather do a 205/40 then a 195/45.

    225/40 is on the rear wheel.



    and 225/45 on the rear.

      thanks. yeah i want to put 205/40 in the front too, but the outer diameter difference next to 225/40 i too big, that's why im confused...

        one question tho, you know that 225/40 are really rare size yes? so first thing first, can you even get a hold of it.

          yeah i know, but just want to make things looks fine without any fender work...

          after all i want to put 215/40 on the 10j rim, but its really unsafe for our roads here in Bulgaria. that's why i'm trying to make descision what will be the best tire size for my rimz.
          i'll try to put 235/40 too and i'll see after that...

            Yeah, stretched tire choice for a 17x10 wheel suck.


            The Nitto 555 is the only 225/40 tire for 17".


            I don't want to run a 215, but I'm afraid a 235/40 will be too much tire....what a conundrum I'm in.
