      LOL Exactly.

How much room do you have from where your current lip ends to where the fender edge is? Measure that and it'll give you a really close idea (assuming you'll stay at the same height that you're measuring at).

Well right, we know that. What I meant was how much room do you have between where your wheel sits now and your fender edge? It's kind of hard to tell from that one picture, but at that ride height it doesn't look like it'll be a problem.

You should also take a look at how much room you currently have between your inside wheel lip and your strut.

Then at that height you're good to go!

what are your thoughts on a 1/2" lower?

Assuming your measuring your lip to fender gap correctly, then you should be able to drop it just fine without a problem. As you lower a vehicle you increase negative camber which will just tuck the wheel even further from the fender edge. But, I think as you go lower you'll start to notice your wheels sit more and more sunken in...which most people work to get rid of with spacers.

I know absolutely zero about the rear suspension on a Spectra, so I don't know how much (if any) rear camber adjustment you have. But I would highly recommend an alignment if you do plan on trying to dial in some rear camber. Just my $.02.
