  • Wobble Bolts Q

Yes, I am noob. Flame suit on.
I have an Audi with 5x112 PCD. Wobble bolts allow me to put on 5x114.3 w/o adapters?
    How? Someone care to explain?

they work by having the threads move independently from the actual head of the bolt. this allows the tapered part of the bolt to sit down inside the wheel, while the threads are not actually centered inside the wheel.

                114.3-112 = 2.3mm total difference. That's 1.15mm difference each way. You'll be fine.

some multi lug wheels require tuner lugs/bolts...in that case you can't run wobbles, i sold my set so i cant measure em up on the outside to see but to be honest i doubt they will fit.

Saab uses the lose seat because they had a problem with rims cracking, and they are not that wobbly.

No 5x100 to 5x112 is too large a difference for wobble bolts to handle
but 5x112 to 5x114.3 is possible with wobble bolts.
