wheel suggestions for 89 civic?

hey guys
im goin to be getting some tax money soon and adding that to some saved cash for some wheels for my 89 4 door civic. my budget looks like around 1500 or less with tires.. id like to stick to period specific wheels however i noticed that wheels in the 80s and early 90s didnt seem to have much offset or "dish" if you will.

anyways i like wheels like ronal turbos , mesh types, borbet As, and etc. i dont wanna go any bigger then a 15 inch wheel. currently my car sits on some 13x6 inch rabbit wheels.

does anyone have a suggestion that i havent thought of that would look nice on the old girl?

diamond racing? ive already got a set of 14 inch vw steelies that look similar but minus the wide. the DRs are a bit plain jane to me.

i thought that i liked borbet type As .. then i saw the type b



i found the type b by google image searching the wheel. the trouble is lots of different wheels come up when you search for borbet type b. so my question is, are these the real type bs or am i mistaken?

also say a guy went with 15x8 zero offset does anybody know if that would poke on my car? id like to be flush but not poking.

well from the reading around i did sounds like zero offsets would fit with enough roll and pull. i gots me a bat and a phonebook so i should be ready to pull the trigger on this if anyone can confirm or deny that the wheels in the pic are in fact borbet type Bs that would be helpful

yes those ^ are type B's.

& yes you should be able to fit 8.5in. wheels with a 0 offset. here's a pic on 8.5s with an et of 7 on this very own site.
