WT rent/buy: OZ bolt removal socket

I know... I know.... "Try EBay?" etc... I have. $80 - $90 for a socket is a bit expensive. I have also tried Sears/Lowes/ Home Depot and even my shops Snap On/Cornwell and MatCo tool dealers... Nothing.

I just want to take them apart, paint the centers on the same day and put them back together the next. If you're local, I can leave you with a deposit or even collateral of some sort. I just want to get them done soon. Any help is appreciated.

Take one hex bolt and drill it out, then heat it with a gas weld and then hammer it down on the bolt



If your afraid to mess up the bolts then just do it on the inside and hold the outside bolt whit an taped plier

I don't know about that.... My luck, there will be some regret from even trying this method.
