What kind of audi is it?

For the most part the thread pitch is 14x1.5 28mm threaded section ball seat

so for a 20mm spacer you would need
    ball seat
    14x1.5 thread pitch
    48mm threaded section

the seat depends on the wheels though. if you are using a VAG wheel or wheel specifically made for VAG cars then you would need ball seat. some wheels (bmw) use a conical/tapered seat

thats odd. well, the stock VAG bolts on the A3 are 28mm. so you can just add whatever length you need to that, and you'll be all set

              so a 14x1.5 w more than a 48mm length...?

14x1.5 is the correct pitch. but as far as length, I would measure how much more you need then add that to 28mm. 48mm would work for a 20mm spacer, but since you arent actually adding one i wouldnt jump to lug bolts that long.

all you have to do is take the difference in mm and add it to the bolt length. That way you are assured that you have the proper penetration depth/number of threads for it to be safe. Check the seat type and maintain the oem thread pitch.

Put the stock bolts through the oem wheel and see how much is exposed from the rear hub, then do the same with the new wheel. Then you know the length needed.

How many turns are you getting with the current lugs? Places like BFI, Rotiform, etc. can sell you pretty much any length lug bolt you need.
