So I have a s13 and the wheels specs are 15x10 with a 0 offset and the tires are 205/50/15 and the fronts are 15x8 also with a zero offset on 175/50/15.Right now it is has alot of wheel gap.Sooo i;m wondering if when I lower it will it sill in the gap or should I start looking for new wheels.I'll get some pics later

175/50-15 is very short for an S13- even 205/50 is technically too short. You may be able to tuck a bit of tire in the rear, but your car will be touching (or very nearly touching) the ground before it tucks in the front.
If going for a vintage small-wheel look with no tuck, it can be done with 15" on an S13, however, to get a flush fitment with a low profile tire and no gap, you ought to be looking at 17"+

pics of car? 15x8 should be spot on. Maybe it's cause of the stretch, but I think it'll be better if you lower it.
