new wheel paint...I can't wait until spring

So I decided to repaint my wheel centers a little darker to give my car some contrast. I had them painted granite silver. I took a couple horrible low quality pictures and thought I would post them. lol

Here is one of the centers in low light.



Here is a center mocked up in the wheel in bright light.




Unfortunately these pictures don't nearly do the wheels justice, but I thought I'd post them anyway. I'm pretty stoked for spring to come to start rocking these!

Nice contrast with the lip. Is it just the photos or does the gray have a slight purple hue?

Were they sprayed with cans, or with a proper gun? The finish looks very good.

Thanks for the comment. My car is an arctic silver e36 M3 (very light silver for those whom aren't familiar).

The wheels do look like they have a slight purple hue in the pictures. In reality they look more gray.

They were painted at my friend's body shop.
