Help with Gotti's

I recently picked up a set of Gotti G1001's 17x9F and 17x11R for cheap that need to be refinished. The problem is the offsets are higher than I thought they would be because the guy I bought them from didn't have any idea what the offsets were. I know from doing my own research that this is a long shot, but does anyone know where I could source 30 hole lips and barrels for these wheels?
