Crazy ideas?

A friend sandblasted these steelies for me tonigth.. Got 'em looking brand new!

Just original 14x6 wheels for older Ford Scorpio's . (5x112)






Anyone got some crazy ideas for them and me?

That blasted finish is already pretty cool. Maybe just find a way to protect it from rusting (matte clear lacquer perhaps?).. that could look neat.

Have them widened. Lots. 9x14s and you're set.

Widen 'em and polish the lips and seal them with tons of clear coat. Should prevent rusting pretty nicely.

Not that it wouldn't look good, but polishing sandblasted steel sounds like the biggest waste of time ever. There's a pretty good reason people chrome them instead of polishing them.
