It is actually stated as a "reverse lip" or "step lip". I think you should do step lip and they would look sick.

They actually do come in 17", but you will be hard pressed to find them.

I picked these up on Yahoo Japan auctions. They are traditionally a 4wheel drive wheel and usually come in 6 stud. I was lucky enough to find these in a 5x114.3 with is exactly what I need. $680 and 5 weeks later tadaa...

Its amazing what you find on Yahoo japan, You can pick up some amazing wheels.. But yeah, stepped ftw.
