  • going more agressive...from16x9 16x9.5 to 16x10 16x12

the wheels i have right now are really from my z which i want to get back on the road, the size is 16x9f -16 and 16x9.5r -16, i want to order some wheels and i was going to get 16x10r and16x9f, undecided on offsets so far perhaps zero rear and -16 front...but i kinda want 16x10f and 16x12r now...with probable offsets around zero front and rear , i still have to do some measuring to make sure suspension components are not in the way...but my biggest question is.. what size tire should i go with , right now i have 205-50-16f and 205-55-16r i would probably still run 205-50 front but rear ??? any and all input is appreciated regarding tire sizes , offsets and height....

oh they're going on this, solid rear axle means no rear camber to worry about. i may not be lowering too much more but i might just for aesthetics...keep in mind fenders are not rolled outward at all.

      maybe try a 215/45 or 225/40 for the 16x10s and 255/40 or 265/40 for the 16x12s.

Damn i haven't seen a 16x12 wheel before. More pics?? Most rides that can run that wide of wheel have huge fenders, callin for 18s of 19s..

i kinda want to stay with 50 series, u think 215-50 would fit on a 12? maybe 215-55?

215 on a 12 would make me puke everywhere. Why waste a wide wheel on a stupid skinny tire? If you must stretch, run a 265 or 275. That would be pisser, in my book.

225/50 on 15x12 is hard to mount, as shown here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xx2e6R4jY4

215/50 on 16x12 would be even harder and most likely unsafe. It would also look like shit and most likely not fit under those fenders especially with no rear camber adjustment.
