Where To Get Wheel Centers Chemical Dipped?

Hey all,

Anyone know where to get wheel centers chemical dipped? I'm going to be buying a set of two piece wheels from a friend to put on my DD, but the centers are currently PC'd an ugly baby poo color. I need to get them chemical dipped so that I can paint them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Are you just looking to remove the paint? Permatex Gasket Remover strips PC pretty damn good.
