bolt hole help asap

so i got some tenzo r's they were ordered inu a 4x114 theyre drilled for 4x100 and 4x114,
but
the 4x100 holes are larger, the 4x114 are tiny, my tuner lugs will fit and the inner lip in the bolt hole has the same amount of material, is it just as safe to bolt them up or ?

Yes. I believe I had a similar issue with some knockoffs, one of the bolt patterns had tiny holes. They had the correct 60 degree angle for a cone-seat lug though, so there was no issue.
