I used just the all weather sealant that you can find at Vatozone/HD/Wally World all that good stuff. As far as bathroom caulk i wouldnt know, but for the price of the sealant i'd just go with something thats made for it since it's not going to cost you a shit load.
Be prepare to buy about 6 tubes tho, i think thats about what i went through..atleast by the end of it all.
W. sandwhich faces i did a nice thick bead on the seam between the face and barrel (before i had the lip or bolts on) then added the lip, bolts. Torqued and used the cone cap from the sealant to smooth out the sealant i placed on the entire sandwhiched area. Just take your time but its nearly impossible to see if you missed a spot or not.
Be prepared...it can happen. Dont just smoother it with sealant and take your time to ensure all areas are covered and you should be good.
I had stepped lips in the front so it didnt just seat flush on the barrel you had to get it up in this gap between the barrel and face (lip hung over it)
yea im gonna have the same problem with the fronts. Sandwiched faces are a bitch cause you gotta seal both inner and outer. Question, ive heard about people using bathroom caulking, any input on this?

Justin...finally some pics...looks bad-ass....didn't know you polished them yourself....i know that is alot of time consuming.....
Yup, was a shit ton of work, especially the bolts...lol.
Took about 2 months of off and on work, and taking apart the fronts twice since they didnt seal completely the 1st time
