By the numbers they are the same, but in appearance they can be different.
like not the same size center or maybe one has slant lips, the other has step lips. Anyhow you should get pictures of them. So you can see it clearly.
They both have the same numbers, tho one of them have 16'' centers and have a bigger lip, cant remember witch one of them have the big lips, but they are not the same.

Ive googled something and it looks like they both have 16 inch centers, how about rs 302?
212 and 302 are not the same sizes.
212 are 8,5 inch wide
302 are 8 inch wide
look at the list mate.

But how about the outside rim half. It looks like it has more difference than a half inch.
And the outside rim half from a 302 looks kinda cheating with the center...
Want to know something more about this wheels, how about widening put 3 inch ouside rims on them. Is there a difference if you do this with 212 or 302, how about the et?
you sir are correct^ might be a 1" lip on the 302 though. cant tell from the pic. the main difference is the slant lip on the 212.
