  • 96' 328ic Coilovers, 18" Style 32's, Stretch...

Just bought these from ECS tuning. GOT A GREAT DEAL. They are 18x8's with an et20 offset. Havent chosen what tire size to go with yet. Wifes car is a 328ic Alpine on Tan with M Bumpers and Coilovers. Should look pretty good. Finished pics soon hopefully.

Wanting to go with 5mm spacers out back and leaving the front alone or I might go for 5 in the front and 10 in the rear for a final offset of 18x8 ET15 for the front and 18x8 ET10 for the rear. Whats your guys thoughts on tires. Im limited with 18" rims. I was gonna go 215/40/18 on all 4 corners but I may have to do 205's if I go with the bigger spacers.

Comments and Concerns Welcomed. This is a daily beater.

205s with a roll and you should be good. i had 17x8 et20 and i was fine with a roll, and i went down to et8 in the rear and cut the fenders out.

should give you a decent idea with what you have to do, but at least some fender work will probably be required if you want to tuck any tire

205 is pretty much ur only option with 8" wide, shame you didnt get them just a bit wider.

I had 205 on 8" rear grip in rain = gone! Therefor i'd not recormend you going lower then 205.

Ya Im farmiliar with Drak's car on Bimmerforums. His dad has a 318ti with the same wheel setup except mine is a square 18x8 and not staggered unfortunately. The cool thing is that I scored all 4 rims which are brand new OEM bmw Style 32s for $414.00 SHIPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might go 205's just because I might want to space the rear out in the near future.

            **UPDATE**

Went with 215/40/R18 Nankang NSII's. Not the greatest but I wanted to try this size out before I comitted to a nice set of tires. Stock Suspension which is obviously sagged out! I have Raceland Coilovers (I know they are cheap and shitty) Which will go on this weekend hopefully. This vehicle is my wife's daily driver 8 months out of the year so no sense in putting $2000 coilovers on it. I am going to lower the front 2 inches or so and keep the rear pretty much the same. Tomorrow is fender rolling time. It rubs BAD.

Let me know what you think.
