              me too. i just picked up an 87 w124 200T and it needs slamming.

              didnt realise it had the self levelling suspension till i got it in the air.

              have you removed it and replaced it with normal springs/shocks?

              i thought you could 'fool' the self levelling and use it to lower the car a little too?

              any help appreciated.

                sorry to dig up old threads, but Im keen to know your suspension set up. Just bought a 300te and its in need of slam, something we can all agree on. The first pics in this thread are pretty bang on the height I want to get.

                  The poor mans slam on these 300TE is to cut 2 coils. If you are still running the SLS setup in the rear you can adjust the leveling system to a specific ride height.
