How do you guys keep the polished steel shiny? :| Doesn't it rust with time?

it is actually a chrome beauty ring that gets slipped inside the steel wheel. it used to be really popular with the old-school hot-rodders

-i retract my above statement, on that Xb, those rims are just sick, i don't know how to explain them, chrome plated?

I was quoted around $450 shipped to my door for 2 15x8" and 2 15x10" d-windows powdercoated. Super cheap!

I've heard of people getting sets for as low as $300. It really depends on what you want. Diamond Racing doesn't make wheels like these above 16" in diameter. If you want it powdercoated, polished, etc., it's going to cost you extra, but you should be able to get a nice set for around $500-$600.
