this sort of thing frustrates me to no end.. I get it for drifting use, but otherwise not a fan aestheticallysigpic

I understand if the wheels match as above (though still not MY style) and I get staggered, but just to ride around on different style wheels makes no sense to me. Looks like you got a flat tire and couldnt afford to repair or replace it

Staggered wheels? Yeah that's perfectly fine. Mismatched wheels? Ok for a drift/race car but on a street car? Hell no, and if you do run two different sets of wheels why not put them on the opposite sides of the car instead of the front and back?
