this does not may ANY sense to me, why would you put smaller barrels on there? if it clears the strut/what ever is in the way, on the inside, there is no need to go smaller. you can still have big lips and "big" barrels, you will just have to put a wider tire on... and wider wheels are way cooler then narrower ones, 6,5'' < 12''.
