I meant that on a Non-M bumpered car, I like flat black rockers better than either the stock grey ones or color matched ones.
Examples:
Color matched:
Stock grey:
Painted flat black:
The flat black ones make the E36 look longer and more sleek, imo. With the rockers bodycolour it looks... bloated.
The only color where color matched rockers look good is black... an example (okay, he has lux skirts, but you get the point when looking at the bumpers):

Yeah. I've been thinking the same thing lately. If the M50 swap on the E30 doesn't give me the same thrill, I will sell it. Here are 2 of the 'for sale' pics of my '97 Cosmos/Dove on Billy/Eibach....I miss her so.
