Well I just put my down payment on a 1996 328ic so the guy holds it for me until Monday. Ordering the starter and then doing fun stuff next month. Plans are

Respray in Alpine White #3 with color matched trim
    Bags by HardParker Garage
Style 5s in all Red face and lip with black bolts and BBS center cap
215/40/17 maybe bigger open to suggestion
    Roll bar
    Vader seats
Red interior wrap on seats/dash/door panels/steering wheel
    M3 bumpers and skirts
    Red Bra
    M3 Tails
    Clear Headlights with yellow highs
    Yellow fogs

Not 100% on the color combo so I'm open to suggestion. Hope to be done or close to it by May 25th for Wuste in Vegas

I'm in the market for an E36 convertible. My only question is, when I lower it is there engine spacers to raise the motor above the subframe or does the oil pan have enough clearance as is? I come from VR6 Jettas and don't want any oil pan problems. Also which coilovers are good in the $800-$1000 range?
