What are your tire specs?

215/40 all around, wheels are 17x9 +9 and im runnin 3mm spacers all around so finished offset is +5

+9 with a 3mm spacer wouldn't that leave it at +6. Haha I'm guessing its a typo and it is 17x9 +8?

What kinda fender modifications were done to get these to fit? I guess rears are pulled, what about the front? Pulled as well?

Definitely no stock fenders. They would stick out a substantial bit.

I don't think so considering I posted my pics after his comment and my finished offset is +6 and my fenders are only rolled not pulled at all, honestly I **** the pulled fender look
