  • Thankyou for the reply! I had seen pictures of that car before and wondered what the specs were. Looks perfect to me.

A close friend of mine works for a local engineering company and says it should be possible to modify the PCD of the hubs. I saw a build thread on here of a 318 compact, the owner went nuts on a 5x114 conversion and adjustable everything, so it can be done I'm guessing.

It's a great opportunity to also knock some studs into the hubs and have male hubs too. Losing the 20mm should make it sit about right I think, I will hopefully be able to have a decent sized tyre setup too.

The fronts are -19 but o disc so a spacer would likely be needed even with a PCD swap. I needed a 5mm spacer to clear standard S14 front brakes.

The E34 I'm looking at has 20mm 5x114 adapters already but running 9J-55 effective sounds beyond silly! Anyone know if I'd manage to pull something off if the hubs were redrilled?
Thats all wrong for an e34, you will have no lip with offset and would have to use ridiculous spacers to make them sit right.

Some of e34's here can only be described as car porn!

I had two in my life. Need more. Best compromise between the reliability / comfort / style and driving pleasure!

                      • All these pics make me want to transform mine so badly.

I'm just curious what kind of suspension to get? I don't have 1k to drop on a kit any other suggestions?
I've been looking at some JOM's but was also wondering about nex's
                        Any helps appreciated

Nex would be your best bet. Joms are cheap but you can't really slam the car. Plus I heard they're shity. You can also build your own. Takes a bit of fabricating as well. Google e34 build your own coilovers.
