Its a litte hard to tell in the photos due to the lack of lip/ being finished, but its pretty dumped.

We just need to set you up with some baller wheels

Not destroyed. The portions that are bare had heavy gouging and the paint was beyond repair. The "goop" you see is to prevent rust.

Hence the "ongoing project"
