Unfortunately it doesn't make them any more reliable, i used to love these cars, then i became a mechanic an worked on a few, now, not so much.Originally posted by magoo_lc1 View PostI like it but like others reliability scares me away....these might be ok since they are european fords underneath

I just tweaked the front to go a little lower. The rear still has a mile of travel, but it's sitting on the wheel lip here...

Wierd how much steam this thread lost when I became active in it...?!

Love the car. Very classy and vip looking.
Probably not but my brother folded his front ny license plate so you can only see the letters and numbers sort of like a euro plate. lol I have no idea how he hasn't been stopped for it yet here in ny.Originally posted by NegativeCamber View Postis it legal to trim a licence plate in the US, or does it vary from state to state?

That kind of reminds me of my car at the All British Field Meet last month where I placed dead last in the car showOriginally posted by Shaguar View PostA fellow x-type! your car is perfect.

Don't think the British car enthusiasts were digging the air ride lowness. F-em.
To the others asking about wheel specs and suspension - I think we mentioned air ride in the feature article. The rest is on RimTuck (http://www.rimtuck.com/thumbnails.ph...lemake=Jaguar&). Thanks Son.Last edited by exexpat; 09-10-2010, 02:12 AM.
