  • New project. 95' AMG c36.

I put my Corrado up for sale a couple weeks ago, but haven't had any solid offers. A car I loved popped up for sale on Craigslist and I went to take a look at it... It was a pretty hard deal to pass up, so last night I drove it home.

    My 93' Corrado SLC.

My new 95' AMG c36. Lowered on H&R springs with Bilstein's. 17" AMG monoblocks for now. I'm contemplating test fitting the RH's from my Corrado, and if they clear the brakes on the AMG, ordering wider lips and refinishing the centers black. If not, I will hopefully be doing air ride and wheels once the Corrado sells.

Thanks. There's some small stuff it needs... The front bumper is from a c43, and doesn't have the chrome strip that matches the rest of the car. I need front fogs, and also need to replace the crappy tint job that the car currently has. It's not the worst tint I've seen, but it's not good.

I'm diggin the new ride. Good luck selling the Corrado, i hope it goes to a good home, it would be a shame to see one that clean go to waste.

Honestly, I'd rather have a stock c36 front bumper on it. The c43 bumper doesn't have the chrome trim that matches the side trim and rear bumper.

That'd be awesome! I'm gonna go this morning and check out pricing to have the car re-tinted since I took the day off work.

Thinking about buying smoked turns and aftermarket projector headlights with 6k HID's, then blacking out the housings so they don't look uber flashy.

I think I like the bumper without the chrome... Gives it a aggressive look, which I think is fitting being that it is a real AMG. Why not go the other route and fill in the chrome siding and just make this thing look like rolling death?

                            Great pick-up by the way.

I've thought about that... I think the chrome actually adds a nice accent though. The plan is either wide 17's or 18's. Matte black centers, gloss black lips, chrome bolts. Leave the chrome trim on the moldings and the grille.
