you will lose performance on any bag setup against a coil ovcer setup. pair bags with custom valved shocks and it can still ride/handle pretty well. but on a car that heavy, its harder to achieve

they dont make 19" rs's, you can find 19" super rs, but its hard to find them in good sizes/offsets
