There's being "different" and just plain looking like shit. Your car is the latter. It had potential but you went the completely wrong direction with it. Offset is way too low, flares look terrible, paint is needed and not low enough.

rust the flares. and u alrdy kno, smaller tires. im all for different stuff but, it looks like u had a wild hair and found some scrap metal and welded them on. make it all uniform and it will prolly look better
