Day started off pretty bad, I (Mike) was late as usual. Arrived at work Genesis was still on the lift at about 9:00a.m. with a scheduled time of load in at soldier field of 10a.m.. Doing what ever we could to finish up it was already 10:30 when we dropped the car so things weren’t looking good. Craig was already on 56 hours with no sleep and OJ with more than 30 everyone was pretty beat. O.J. took it on its first test drive around 11:15 after completion and was getting a brutal shake from the rear so after a few adjustments of toe we finally had it solved. Gold wheels and the roadster ready to roll out we started to question if it would even be worth the 45 mile drive to Chicago with the latest load in time being noon we didn’t think we could make it.
Quick call and we had another hour to make it down there so we decided to roll out. Craig being a little girl went home to sleep since he couldn’t last past 60 straight hours. Some bad traffic on 55 and a few exits away from 18th street we ran into some exhaust hanger issues, so OJ asleep driving was woken up by his dragging exhaust on the Genesis. I pulled over quick, the 740 was already in the show and it was already 12:30 before we decided to head to a hardware store 2 miles away to try and find some supplies for a quick fix. Getting a call from the show people telling me I only had about 8 minutes before they had to lock the gates I decided to leave Oj and head for the event as quick as possible. 3 gallons of gas, a road obstruction that turned the roadster into a teeter totter, three security guards and pissed off traffic I was in the event.
Here are some 50 images of the event that I feel captures it pretty well:

Definitely pumped the crowd was digging the seven, extremely cool group out there!

All in all the event was amazing and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to sponsor it, OJ fixed the exhaust roadside, arrived after the event was open to the public but there was no chance of me talking the event into letting him so he ended up parking in the garage across the street.
We were all extremely pumped to meet the Risky Devil crew, great group of guys and we definitely hope to work with them in the near future to bring Chicago to a whole different level.
