Hey guys,
I posted my R32 Skyline on here a while ago, but due to rising insurance, fuel prices, being driven daily and doing 6 mpg it had to go
So to replace it i bought this E36 from a friend, it's a 328i and it's not too bad!
Here she is when i picked her up, totally stock and after a wash...
Then i cut the springs...
The Skyline then sold, so I had some cash at last!!
So, this is what i got/ did:
Hottuning Coilovers, helper springs out, wound all the way down
RH Toplines, 16 x 8.5J ET10 all round
Nangkang 195/50 16 tyres
Interior trim
Momo s/ wheel
TRS tow strap
Removed side trim
Bonnet raise (raised on spacers on the standard hinges)
blah blah blah
Here's some of my pics (iPhone quality )
And some much much better snaps by my friend Tom
(www.flickr.com/tomedge)
These were taken a little while before the ones above, so some things are missing...
in the the shot above you can see how the arch rubbed the sidewall smooth on the first drive!!
the brutal arch work you see was done with pliers, we would have been slightly gentler if it hadn't been 1.30am in a car park!!! but hey, they fit!
more soon... hope you like
Rich
