  • Got bored (e28)

So, my friend recently sold his Vento VR6 and bought a E28 520 for like 700$. Today we decided that it should become low. Since my friend is currently doin' his mandatory army service, $$$ is tight and we did it ghetto way It's not gonna look pretty all that fast, but it'll get there some day

Thanks for the positive comments The plate will be back where it should, just need to attatch the bumper we got from a donor car we bought (e28 524 td), it had a black bumper, unlike the chrome one originally on this one. Also we intend to put the 2.4 diesel engine in this car, when we find a place to do it and find enough time Ain't really sure yet about the wheels, but i'm sure my friend will think of something cool Pictures are by me, i'm still learning to use my camera :$(Pentax K-x)

Fuck you europeans! Buying a 524 for a parts car! I want SOOOO many parts to keep on hand for my TD, you're some lucky bastards.

Cool E28 and Vento BTW! You should def throw in that knockin' n rockin' diesel especially if you can get ahold of the parts to throw in a 5spd.

Hah, the 524 cost like 400$ and it's not hard to find one around here.
Currently the 520 has no springs in the front and the rear springs are cut in half, but we intend to modify some coilovers to suit the e28 It rides really really bouncy without springs in the front.
Both the 520 and 524 have a 5 speed manual transmission and finding a transmission is not hard at all nor expensive

Thanks a lot for the positive feedback

Okay, so today i didn't have my camera with me

Now the E28 has a front bumper and licence plate is where it should be.
Made some crappy cellphone pics of it for now.

Also, my friend's brother has an E30 with a 2.5 liter 141 kw engine swaped into it. I suppose he was jelous of the E28 being so low, as they decided to remove both the front and rear springs from the E30 Hopefully will have a chance for a decent photoshoot with the e30 this week.

But for now, more crappy cellphone pics:

americans don't seem to understand that most euro cars are manual we don't bother taking the lazy auto option.
