  • The car I'll regret selling for the rest of my life...

This is former my Sport Evolution. It's number two hundred. Bought it 7 years ago and when I sold it it had rolled about 108.000km / 67.500miles. And yeeeees, I know Sport Evo's were only made in red, black and 2 white ones. When this one was new it was black, but fell of the transport when new, and was totaled. A man who worked at the bodyshop at the main dealer in Münich, and he got ahold of one of the 20 extra shells made for motorsport and transplanted the engine and drivetrain into this. Therefor it has the same chassisnumber as it did when it left the factory. He desided to paint the car Mauritius Blau, and since this car isn't the same shell as the one it had from the factory I guess it's kinda the only blue Sport Evo in the world. The controversy about this story has been going on many forums here in Norway, so I'm prepared to get some flack about it. But I have the entire story confirmed from mobile tradition and the man that did the work.
From new the car has electric and heated mirrors, electric sunroof, heated seats, leather interior, rear blind, large OBC aircon, red seatbelts, adjustable rear flap, adjustable front lip, Recaro 4-point seats and all the other Sport Evo spec stuff, like thinner windows, higher cut front arches, longer diff ratio and so on.
Special touches that's been added over the years are:
    -BBS RS 075 9x16 et08 with 225/45-16 Toyo T1R tyres
    -BBS RS-GT 8.5x18 et15 + 8mm front and 13mm rear spacers with 225/35-18 Dunlop SP SportMaxx tyres
-Silver flap rear and silver front lip
-Alpine Headunit (top of the line 6 years ago)
    -RamAir performance airfilter
-K-Mac adjustable camber and castor plates up front
-A combo of performance and stock bushes
    -Eibach anti roll bars
-Specially valved hillclimb spec yellow Koni dampers
-Specially made hillclimb spec H&R springs lowering 70mm front and 55mm rear
-Defa high spec alarm and immobiliser
    -OMP 4-point rallyspec harness
-Original BMW group A exhaust with racecat
-AC Schnitzer fully electric and heated mirrors

Had alot more photos, but my last laptop crashed and they were sadly lost.
If you wonder why I sold it, let's just say that if enough cash is thrown at you anyhthing is for sale. I have now bought an absolutely mint E28, but it completely stock at the moment, but pictures will come as it gets upgraded.

Keep in mind that these pictures were taken with anything from a cellphone to a cheap digicam, so quality might be a abscent...

    Anyway, here's the M3:

Here are some AC Schnitzer 8.5x17 et13's that I bought and refurbed. Gave $150 for them, and sold them after using them half a day. Sold them for $1500, so made a good profit. No pictures of the finished item due to the laptop melt down.

You better go have all that cash you made from the sell turned into small bills and roll around in it for a bit, cause you're gonna miss the shit out of this marvelous creation after a while, or at least I would

She's stunning, wish there were some better quality pics though

Pics of the e28 you say? Well, I have some. One of me after i picked it up. The rest are from the ad where I found it. It's a 518i m10b18. But I was just after a clean one, the engine, drivetrain and brakes etc is going to be changed some time over new years...

One car I won't miss is the Z4 you see in one or two of the pictures. Despite 19" CH's, full AC Schnitzer package inside and outside, 3litre ESS supercharged engine and many other mods, I never really loved it. Guess it just didn't have the soul older bimmers seem to have.
There is actually one car I regret selling more than the M3, but posting pics of it might be too painfull....

All my shoes are vans or converse, with the occasional low air force ones.
