They were refinished and widened.. only did 2 of them for now. HRE did the work, it was relatively cheap. I thought about doing it elsewhere but they really take care of their customers.

Also, today I tried to get my fenders done at the shop I work at. My fcking boss ignored me yesterday, and then today we were way too busy, and he completely left me in the dust. The fenders were chewing up the wheels and tires pretty good. So, I just did it myself after I closed up, right in my wash stall (I'm a detailer) First time using a cutting wheel, but it went well. It's much more driveable now, but it still rubs a bit. I need to take a roller to it. Hoping to do that later this weekend, after the show tomorrow...

Whats the size of the wheel and tires?
Plus what did you do to get them wider from the factory?

Those wheels are pure sex, i love the (dunno the name) air pipe for tyre pressure. Details make the car, and damn that looks awesome.

                    19x8.5 +35 and 10mm spacers
                    19x9.0 +26

                    225/35/19 all around

The beauty of 3-piece wheels.. all I had to do was send them back to HRE to get 2 new 2.5" lips. Mine actually needed 1 new center and 2 inner barrels too, so I basically got 2 new wheels sans 1 center.

These rear wheels will actually end up being on the front with 5mm spacers pretty soon.. first I need correct camber plates to make sure it's really possible. Might have to jump down a tire size also.

Then I'm going at least a half inch wider in back. Widen the lip to 3" if I can roll my fenders enough (I'm sure I can,) and step the barrels up at least a half inch. I know I can fit a 10", maybe even a 10.5" in back. These centers set me up for great offsets.

                    They will be..

                    19x9.0 +26 (with 5mm spacer, so 21 final)
                    19x10.0 +29 ??

with lots more camber and my e30 to drive daily

Thanks chaz, maybe in a matter of years.. i don't think it's good enough yet. i'd rather wait to write my name on true perfection

perfect stance, manual tranny, cinnamon interior. then i want to do an s54 swap once my e30 is in better shape. i've basically dedicated my entire young adult life to this car (edit - these cars), so why stop now?!
