No offense at all, I love your car, but consider it a blessing. Take that stupid thing off (check!), get the car fixed, and enjoy its best look yet. Roof racks are a stupid stupid stupid fad IMO. It is cool to have a roof rack, but not just for the sake of sticker bombing it and putting hella fresh things up there for teh laffs.
