There is 2 ways to get driving license.. trough driving school (10h theory, +10h driving + driving in slippery + driving test) <- this one costs near 2000€ nowdays.. and in next 2years you need to take 2nd part of driving school (again slippery driving and economy driving + driving in dark) <- Around 400-800€

Other way is cheaper but need special permissions to do that.. and but extra pedals to your car and on and on.. that way it costs around 400e

Even still!! there is ppl that drives like shit!
