Wow man, really sorry to see this. Its infuriating to see and i've been there (not the roof but destroyed paint). It makes my blood boil.

Good luck getting it taken care of. Was it bad enough to mess up the headliner? That dent looks DEEP>

headliner is MANGLED. totally creased front to back. The incident actually didn't take place where these pics were taken but in a neighbourhood that is all family oriented and non-ghetto looking at all.

Damn, that really sucks. Take the opportunity to redo the headliner I guess. I usually try and make the best of these situations and pull some new mods out. Hopefully the body shop can find a way to pop most of the dent back out from the inside and no cutting is involved.

Yeah I'm hoping to get the OEM black headliner and then possibly spray the upper part of the car black.

But if they need to replace the roof... $$$$ going through the Audi dealer too
