Unlikely. As an E21 owner I know that we would need stubaxles to weld onto and that means finding scrap strut housings. I can help you figure out a way to get low though if you'd like.

Let's see a set for the E36 Ti (fronts are the same as regular E36, rears are slightly different) AST already makes a 316i kit so they presumably have the technology.
