BTW, what suspension is this on? I saw somewhere on HT that you had 18k spring rates.

I'm running coilover springs straight on a strut with 3"extended top hats. I'll be running 6" 18k springs soon just havnt had the chance to put them on.

My car is low, but no where near as low as yours and my camber arms are almost in constant contact with the top underneath of the shock tower, have you over come this somehow, or do you just live with the knocking and crazy awful ride, and what camber arm setup are you running?

Im not a huge fan of this, honestly. There are too many weird things going on, like the owner was trying too hard to make it look "original". It just looks like he went to a garage sale and bought random shit, or pulled it out of a dumpster.

I like you, but that right there ticks me off. Everytime a topic like this comes up your response is "VW's have been doing it for years." So? Someone else did it before VW's. This style has become prominent in cali, so its understandable that he built his car like that. And im not sure, but he might actually just like the style. Everything you've ever thought was original, was inspired by something, and if you thought you were the first, someone you dont know did it 20 years before you. There is NOTHING original, its all inspired or just plain copied or adapted from something else.

I've met a lot of VW owners who have this chip on their shoulders like "yo we started that shit." No you didn't.
