    - the tape is only cool when it's actually holding a cracked headlight lens together... which is probably why people started doing it.

    - uneven camber is indeed stupid. i would decrease the rear slightly (and probably roll/rape the fender harder) and increase the front a lot, to get it looking prime.

    - rusted hood on a clean red civic with white steelies and a roof rack is stupid. it's like the car is making a bunch of lame fashion statements that don't look very good together.

but of course i dig the car, a lot more than any civic i've seen locally this year. constructive criticism is good though.

im surprised only one person mentioned the difference in camber f/r. thats what really kills me about it. besides the danger factor, i like it. i'd paint the hood cuz its taking away from the body and paint and lose the tape.

as far as peoples comments, thats weak. it would be pretty fuckin boring if all of us had that mentality.

Anyone one up in norcal thats seen the car can vouch for the car being drivin everywhere at this height.
Man....i'm honestly almost amazed at how much negativity this thread brought out. The whole reason I joined this forum is because of how "open-minded" it was supposed to be. The fact that we were all supposed to be one big community, no matter what you drive, wether it be a Honda, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan, whatever. But the repsonses in this thread make me feel this forum is heading right down the same direction most others have. I typically almost never post on forums, i've always just been a lurker, but I definitely felt inspired to chime in my .02 cents here. First of all, I dont even feel you should hafta come in here and defend yourself whatsoever. I give you huge props just for pulling off that stance period, trailering or no trailering. Just driving that thing 5 minutes down to the local gas station at that height would take some serious balls. I personally own two VW's, one of which is a mk4 that's static at 22.25". I drive a total of 15 minutes round-trip, to and from work everyday and it's horrendous, subframe bottoming out everywhere. I couldnt imagine driving it 8hrs to a show.

So to finish off my rant (and nutswing some) I just wanna say that the car looks totally ridiculous, completely gangster and that camber totally pushes the envelope. Mind you, this is comnig from someone who loves Volkswagens and has never really cared for Honda's. Keep doin your thing man. It's pretty apparent that alot of people arent gonna like it, but there are some of us out there that love it...

It's just that trailoring a stanced car to a traditional car show like Eibach sounds like a bad idea. Of course you're going to be critisized by those who oppose the scene. They don't know that the car gets driven daily. They see a hellaflush Civic getting towed because it's too uncomfortable or too dangerous to drive on the street.

I'm new to this particular trend, so I can see it from both sides.

Sorry, but for me you kinda have to start with a half-way decent car most the time to end up with a cool car. hella fail
srsly, take that shit back to bf.c or wherever you came from, that elitist attitude is not welcome here.

    I like it!

The trying to hard statements are bulllshit in my opinion. If that what was the case, half the motherfuckers in here are trying to hard... There is nothing we have not seen, heard, or witnessed before.

Who the fuck cares if the car was trailered in or flown in...

This car is pushing the limits of the STANCE scene...

Which is what this forum is all about.
