i think the Passat CC you guys are referring to belongs to Volkswagen of America. They unveiled it the SEMA show, that kit on it was custom made. crossing fingers they actually produce & sell it.

it was great to see VW come out and support the event. They brought out the Mk6 GTIs as well, which aren't available yet. I'm pretty sure that was the first time 99.9% of the show saw those cars.
