Yeah that is the infamous "Cort". Yes, that is a shirt that states "I <3 Cort."

From what I know, and what Cort told me, Cort imported the S3 as a kit car from Mexico. Basically brought it over dissassymbled(sp?) and re assymbled it here in the States.
