Also LOL at all the random people posting other people's cars. Vic's, and now John's. I think if the person who built the car wants it posted on SW, they can do so themselves. Pretty weird IMO.

I don't see any wrong in sharing pictures of cars other than that of your own on here. He gave appreciation and kudos towards the owner and was simply sharing his story and some pictures he snapped during their interaction at H20i.

I share pictures of people's cars on my Instagram occasionally - albeit it's very rare that I do so. But sometimes i'm simply more excited to discuss/share someone else's car than to post yet another picture of my own car... ::yawn:: If nothing else, that picture might even reach someone that follows me on social media that hasn't seen the car before so that they too can appreciate said car.

Go easy on the guy, he clearly meant well. No need to be a Debbie-Downer.

photographers post shots they took of other peoples cars all the time, absolutely nothing wrong with that. its not like he was trying to act like the e30 or corvair were his cars, he clearly stated that he was the photographer and not the owner.

anyway, this corvair is seriously badass. great photos op keep em coming

Regardless of any drama about the pics, I think it is BADAZZ! John was okay with you shooting some pics, so I don't think he'd mihd you posting them. Just my.02$ Thanks for sharing..........

They're nice pictures, but maybe the OP could have put them both in one post as H20 2015 or something.

Yeah I can be grumpy. SW is nothing like it was a few years ago. I'm just bored and find this mildly entertaining, as I'm sure most of you do as well.

Corvair looks cool too, the owner has a red Derby here in the UK too if I'm not mistaken.
Would be pretty cool to attend something as massive as H2o one day

I'm a bit out of the loop, here in England theres no negative connotations with S|W
